Cancellation policy of the ski and snowboard school Colfosco

All information and sanctions in case of cancellation to best organise your holiday in Val Badia.

CONTRACTUAL TERMS

1. LESSONS
Each lesson lasts 55 minutes. Lessons are held regardless of weather conditions.
In case of complete closure of the skiing facilities, lessons which were not held will be reimbursed, net of 2,5% for transaction/operating costs.
The price of each lesson does not include the equipment, nor the ski pass.
Please remember that skiers need to have a valid civil liability insurance for damages or injuries caused to third parties (in compliance with article 30 of Legislative Decree no. 40/2021). Skiers are also advised to take out a personal injuries insurance policy.
Group courses can be converted into private lessons only with valid reasons (at the discretion of our office) and only according to availability.
In case the minimum number of participants for a group course is not reached, the school reserves the right to reduce the number of hours, to merge the participants with another group course or, in extreme case, to cancel the group course.
For an improved lesson experience and for the safety of participants, parents are invited to inform the school and the teacher of any physical or psychic peculiarities of their underage children.

2. RESERVATION
The reservation is made with the acceptance of the offer, the contractual conditions and with the payment of a deposit / balance (if requested at the time of booking).
A request to change the reservation can only be accepted by the school if there is availability and only if the request is received at least 48 hours before the booked lesson.
In the event of a reduction in hours / course days, the rules for cancellation/withdrawal indicated below apply.

3. CANCELLATION/WITHDRAWAL
In the event of cancellation, the following conditions apply:
• Cancellations more than 21 days before the first lesson: no penalty;
• Cancellations between 21 days and 48 hours before the first lesson: the amount of the cancellation fee is proportionate to the days remaining before the first lesson;
• Cancellations less than 48 hours before the first lesson: the amount of the cancellation fee corresponds to the full amount of the reservation.
If the booking has deposits or balances, any refund resulting from the cancellation is paid by bank transfer minus 2.5% for transaction costs.
Cancellation without notice can only be made with a medical certificate from the local medical service.
