Level BRONZE (low):

  • I know who to use the equipment and can move the first steps in skiing.
  • I know the snowplough technique and can take control of speed.
  • I have learned how to ride on the lifts.

Level SILVER (middle):

  • I am comfortable in parallel skiing and can also use the poles. I can link smooth, glide turns on the easy slopes.
  • Skiers may be parallel, but probably I will use a slight wedge much of the time, especially when it gets steeper.

Level GOLD (high):

  • I explore higher speeds and more vigorous movements for shorter, complete turns. I develop higher edge angles and discover the control and sensations of carved turns.
  • Good balance and coordination level in order to get a clean movement.
